Four spirals (-6 to -16) and six spirals (-20, -32) of high tensile steel wire

Application
Isobaric (constant 420 bar working pressure across all sizes) hose for hydraulic fluids such as mineral and vegetable oils/aqueous emulsions/water air and inert gases. Outer cover must be pin-pricked if hose is to be used to convey air or gases above 17 bar.

Materials and Specifications

• -40 degrees C up to +120 degrees C mineral oil
• -40 degrees C up to +70 degrees C water based fluids
• 0 degrees C up to +70 degrees C water
• -40 degrees C up to +70 degrees C ambient
• Prolonged usage with water or water based fluids at temperatures above 70 degrees C will allow wire corrosion as a result of diffusion through the inner liner.
