- * Some minor filing may be needed to achieve a sliding fit over Code 62 flanges in this size. Spacer Ring to allow use of Code 62 flanges where a 14.2 mm thick flange is required. This adaptor is provided only for emergency use in conjunction with Pirtek 'I' Series Interlock hose tails. Always use Pirtek Supercat flanges as a first preference.
