High abrasion resistance black synthetic rubber resistant to oils/ozone and weathering

Reinforcement
Two braids (-10 & -12) or four spirals (-20 & -24) of high tensile steel wire

Application
Isobaric (constant 250 bar working pressure across all sizes) hose for hydraulic fluids such as mineral oils/aqueous emulsions/water/air and inert gases. Outer cover must be pin-pricked if hose is to be used to convey air or inert gases above 17 bar.

• 0 degrees C up to 60 degrees C water
• -40 degrees C up to 70 degrees C ambient
• Spiral hoses -40 degrees C up to +120 degrees C mineral oil
• -40 degrees C up to +70 degrees C water based fluids
• 0 degrees C up to +70 degrees C water
• -40 degrees C up to +70 degrees C ambient
• Prolonged usage with water or water based fluids at temperatures above 70 degrees C will allow wire corrosion as a result of diffusion through the inner liner.
