Outer Cover
Black smooth (wrapped finish) Hypalon rubber compound flame retardant resistant to abrasion/oils and weathering

Reinforcement
High strength synthetic cord plus embedded steel helix wire

Application
Hardwall hose for suction and delivery of oil at high temperatures in hydraulic systems.

Materials and Specifications

-40 degrees C up to +135 degrees C mineral oil
-40 degrees C up to +70 degrees C water based fluids
Prolonged usage with water or water based fluids at temperatures above 70 degrees will allow wire corrosion as a result of diffusion through the inner liner.

MSHA flame resistance approved. Extremely flexible. High temperature resistance

Meets or exceeds the performance specifications of SAE100 R4 & AS 3791 100R4.
