Inner Liner
Smooth, seamless thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPE)

Outer Cover
Black, perforated, special polyester, UV light stabilised and resistant to extreme temperatures for outdoor applications.

Reinforcement
Bonded high tenacity polyester fiber

Application
High pressure hydraulics, especially for operating over pulleys in heavy duty applications like cranes, boom lifts and fork-lifts, especially in low temperatures

Max. +70 degrees C with air, water, water based fluids and fire resistant fluids

Features
Compact and tough construction, with low elongation. Extremely resistant to kinking and cover tearing, ideal for movement over fork-lift pulleys. In order to guarantee maximum performance and quality, during R&D a special custom tool was developed to simulate the actual fork-lift movements over pulleys whilst hose under impulse test. This special tool was also used to test the hose whilst in a climatic chamber to simulate thermal stresses and weathering cycles. Also available as twin-line & tri-line, refer to TPR18X2 / TPR18X3
