High abrasion resistance black synthetic rubber resistant to oils/ozone and weathering

Reinforcement
Four spirals of high tensile steel wire.

Application
Medium pressure hose for hydraulic fluids such as mineral and vegetable oils/aqueous emulsions/water/air and inert gases. Outer cover must be pin-pricked if hose is to be used to convey air or inert gases above 17 bar.

Materials and Specifications

• -40 degrees C up to +100 degrees C mineral oil
• -40 degrees C up to +60 degrees C water based fluids
• 0 degrees C up to +60 degrees C water
• -40 degrees C up to 70 degrees C ambient
• Prolonged usage with water or water based fluids at temperatures above 60 degrees C will allow wire corrosion as a result of diffusion through the inner liner.

MSHA flame resistance approved. FRAS (Fire Resistance Anti-Static). Large bore hi-flow applications
