Franchise Options:
Mobile Service Only Facility
Most suitable for regional areas, or as an entry for candidates excited to enter the network but do not have the capital resources to open a Service and Supply Centre immediately. This model has a fully equipped mobile service vehicle operating as a fully stocked workshop and sales centre using a residential home base. As the sales volume grows Pirtek will guide and support a Mobile Service Only facility to expand into a Service and Supply Centre.
Service and Supply Centre
Most suitable for high density or trading areas. Pirtek Centres feature a trade counter for efficient customer service, a workshop, a warehouse and an office – all clearly branded in Pirtek’s corporate colours. The Centre also owns two or more Mobile Service Units (MSU), branded in the Pirtek corporate design and operated by skilled trades people.

Investment Information:
Term of Franchise – Pirtek offers a 5 years + 5 years Franchise Agreement term. At the end of 5 years you will be given the option to renew your Franchise Agreement subject to approval. At the end of 10 years you may apply for another 5 years + 5 years term.
Total Start Up Investment – Varies greatly depending on the location, building, stock and staffing requirements to service your territory however the costs typically range from:
Service and Supply Centre – $300,000 – $600,000 (including initial Franchise Fee)
Mobile Service Only – up to $150,000 depending on vehicle utilised (including initial Franchise Fee)
Finance
Various finance packages available through Pirtek’s lending partners. Pirtek are recognised as an approved Franchise System by both ANZ and NAB bank institutions. However Candidates are able to source funding from a provider of their choice.
